For over twenty years, Erika has studied, applied, and coached others on principles for achieving personal & professional excellence. Her experience as a speaker and motivator began when she accepted an entry-level position with an international sales organization. Within 12 months, she was conducting corporate training seminars and delivering talks on peak performance to audiences of over 500 people. Erika went on to become one of the company’s top-ranking executives, and the 2nd woman in the company’s 50-year history to be inducted into its Hall of Fame for her career achievements. Motivated to explore new frontiers, Erika went on to earn her stripes as an entrepreneur, launching and growing a series of progressively successful ventures.
A veteran of business leadership, Erika’s ability to hit the mark with any audience is grounded in her diverse perspectives. At various times Erika has worked as a tour guide, a television host, a corporate trainer, a writer, a spokesperson, a recruiter, a marketing consultant, a real estate investor, and an entrepreneur.
